The law firm has been established in Düsseldorf in 1978 by Dr. Christoph Friedrichs. It offers - both in a national as well as in an international setting - the full range of legal services in all areas of corporate and commercial law including tax law and ligitation. The firm is also specialized in the field of wills and intestate succession with a strong emphasis in the planning of succession in business ownership. FRIEDRICHS RECHTSANWÄLTE Attorneys-at-Law closely cooperates with a tax consulting firm and is member of the Association of Advocates AIJA, Brussels, Belgium.
Through AIJA, FRIEDRICHS RECHTSANWÄLTE Attorneys-at-Law forms part of a world-wide network of cooperating law firms.
This network is further supplemented by the firm's membership in the German American Lawyers Association (DAJV/GALA), the German British Lawyers Association, the International Law section of the German Bar Association DAV and the European Lawyers Association ELA.
